A Word From the Founder

Dr. Chas, DBA, MBA, Founder and Principal

I spent years providing counsel and instruction on workforce performance, revenue strategies, finance management, operational workflows, and human resource management in both nonprofit and for-profit service industries, helping businesses succeed in an ever changing market. As a leader, the to-do list continues to grow and it is difficult to implement changes that can create higher levels of business performance. I partner with leaders to redevelop and achieve business goals. We rise together.
